What this app does

Ray Toolbox is an internal tool used by our marketing team to analyse public content on Threads for the small businesses we serve. It is not offered to the public.

Data we access

• Public Threads posts returned by keyword search (text, media type, timestamp, public engagement counts where available).
• Public profile information of business accounts we choose to benchmark (username, display name, biography, follower count) and their public posts.
• For accounts that authorise our app (our clients' own accounts): posts and insights of that account, used only for that client's reports.

We do not access private messages, private accounts, or any non-public data.

How we use it

Data is used only to produce internal content analysis and recommendations for our clients. We do not sell or share the data with third parties, republish other users' posts, or contact users automatically.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on our own computer in Taiwan and is not uploaded to third-party services. Data is deleted when no longer needed, and at most 12 months after collection.

Data deletion

To request deletion of any data about your account, email raytseng2002@gmail.com with your Threads username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Clients who authorised our app can also revoke access at any time in Threads settings (Account › Website permissions).
